Common grids
| Goal | Columns × Rows |
|---|---|
| Instagram banner (1 row) | 3 × 1 |
| Instagram big square | 3 × 3 |
| Panorama carousel | 2–10 × 1 |
| Print a poster on A4 sheets | 2 × 2 or 3 × 3 |
| Puzzle for kids | 4 × 4 |
Instagram grid tips
- Start with the right shape: for 3 × 3 square tiles, the image should be square. Crop with Crop Image first.
- Post in reverse: upload tile 09 first and 01 last.
- Post them together so other posts don't break the grid.
Panorama carousels
Instagram carousels are 1080 px wide per slide. For a 3-slide panorama, resize your image to 3240 × 1080 with the Image Resizer, then split into 3 × 1.
