This policy explains what information XUtilHub ("we") collects when you use xutilhub.com, and how we use it.
Files and data you process
Browser-based tools. All JSON, text and QR tools, and most image and PDF tools, run entirely in your browser. The files and text you use with them are never sent to our servers.
Server-based conversions. A few conversions (Word → PDF, PDF → Word, Word → JPG, JPG → Word and JPG → HEIC) need our server. Files you upload for these are processed in an isolated temporary folder and deleted as soon as the conversion finishes. We don't keep copies, look at the content, or use it for any other purpose.
Account information
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to identify your account and manage your subscription.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. PayPal shares your subscription status and email address with us.
Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies keep you signed in.
- Google Analytics helps us understand which tools are used, using aggregated, pseudonymous data.
- Google AdSense shows ads that keep the tools free. Google may use cookies to personalize ads. You can manage this at Google Ad Settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data at any time by emailing support@xutilhub.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Significant changes will also be announced on the site.
