Put your PDF pages in order
Scanned pages out of sequence, a sideways chart, a blank page in the middle? See every page as a thumbnail, drag pages into the right order, rotate the ones that need it, delete what you don't want, and save a clean PDF.
What you can do
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Move a page | Drag it, or use the ← → buttons |
| Rotate a page | Click the rotate button (90° clockwise each time) |
| Delete a page | Click the trash button |
| Reverse all pages | Click Reverse order |
| Start over | Click Reset |
Each thumbnail shows its new position and, if it moved, its original page number.
Common fixes
- Double-sided scans where back pages ended up at the end: reorder them into place.
- Landscape tables in a portrait report: rotate just those pages.
- Blank or duplicate pages from scanners: delete them.
- Combine and arrange: merge PDFs first, then organize the result.
