What it does

• Search every tool. Find the PDF compressor, JSON formatter, currency converter or any other tool instantly, with your recent tools at the top.
• QR code for any page. One click makes a QR code for the page you're on, ready to download as a PNG. Works offline.
• Right-click actions. Select text to count words or turn it into a QR code, right-click a link for its QR code, or send an image to the compressor.
• Word counter and color picker in the popup, with no page to open.
• Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers, in light and dark mode.

Privacy

The extension is built to need as little access as possible:

• It doesn't read the pages you visit. It only sees the current page's address when you open the popup or use a right-click action, to make a QR code.
• Text you select for word counts and QR codes is processed inside the extension and never sent anywhere.
• It stores only your recently used tools and your last open tab, in your browser.
• It contains no ads, analytics or tracking code. When you open a tool, xutilhub.com receives the visit like any normal page view, as described in our privacy policy.

Permissions it asks for: context menus (right-click actions), active tab (the current page's address, only when you use it) and storage (your recent tools).
