What it does

• Duplicates: finds files with identical content, even with different names, and pre-selects every copy except the oldest.
• Large files: lists everything over 5 MB, biggest first: forgotten videos, backups and archives.
• Old files: shows files not modified for 1 to 10 years.
• Storage overview: how much space videos, images, documents and archives take.
• Safe removal: files go to your trash or recycle bin, where you can restore them for 30 days.

Privacy

• The extension asks Google or Microsoft for permission to see and manage your files only when you click Connect.
• Your file list is fetched directly from Google or Microsoft by the extension and analysed on your computer. It is never sent to XUtilHub or anyone else.
• It never reads the contents of your files, and never deletes anything permanently or without your confirmation.
• Your sign-in is kept in memory only and forgotten when you close the cleaner tab or click Disconnect.
• No ads, analytics or tracking code. Data from Google APIs is used in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Permissions: identity (to show Google's or Microsoft's sign-in window) and access to googleapis.com, graph.microsoft.com and login.microsoftonline.com (to list and trash your files). Full details are in our privacy policy.
