- Removes duplicates (case-insensitive)
- Lowercase and A–Z sorting options
- One per line, comma- or semicolon-separated
- Private: runs entirely in your browser
Pull email addresses out of any text
Cleaning up a contact export, gathering the participants of a long email thread, or pulling addresses from a CSV with dozens of columns? Paste the text and get a clean, de-duplicated list of email addresses.
Example
Input:
Contact Ada (ada.lovelace@example.com) or support@xutilhub.com.
CC: Bob.Smith+news@mail.example.co.uk, ADA.LOVELACE@example.com
Output:
ada.lovelace@example.com
support@xutilhub.com
bob.smith+news@mail.example.co.uk
The duplicate in capitals is removed, and the trailing period after .com isn't included.
What it recognizes
| Example | Found? |
|---|---|
name@example.com | ✅ |
first.last+tag@sub.example.co.uk | ✅ |
josé@exemple.fr (international) | ✅ |
user@localhost | ❌ no top-level domain |
@handle | ❌ no local part |
Good practice
- Lowercase addresses before importing; email is effectively case-insensitive, and it prevents duplicates.
- Validate with a confirmation email before adding people to a list.
- Respect consent: only email people who opted in.
