How to convert microns to angstroms
1 micron is equal to 10,000 angstroms, and 1 angstrom is equal to 0.0001 microns. To convert, multiply by the conversion factor:
angstroms = microns × 10,000
angstroms = microns ÷ 0.0001Example: convert 15 µ to Å: 15 × 10,000 = 150,000 Å.

About the micron
The micron is the older name for the micrometer (one millionth of a meter). It's still common in filtration, semiconductor manufacturing and particle sizes.
Symbol: µ · 1 µ = 0.000001 m · Category: Metric (SI)
About the angstrom
The ångström is 10⁻¹⁰ meters (0.1 nm). It's used for atomic radii, chemical bond lengths and crystal lattice spacing.
Symbol: Å · 1 Å = 1 × 10⁻¹⁰ m · Category: Metric (SI)
