About the Aim Trainer

Train your mouse or touch aim: targets appear at random spots, and you hit them as quickly and accurately as you can. Track your average time and accuracy.

Key features

  • 30 targets per round
  • Large, medium and small targets
  • Average time per target in milliseconds
  • Accuracy from missed clicks
  • Best average saved for each size
  • Mouse, trackpad and touch

How to improve your aim

  1. Accuracy before speed. Missed clicks cost more time than a slightly slower, clean hit.
  2. Keep the same sensitivity so your muscle memory can build.
  3. Move with your arm for big movements and your wrist for small corrections.
  4. Warm up for a few rounds before you compare scores.

Frequently asked questions

What's a good score?

With a mouse and medium targets, an average under 600 ms per target is good, and under 450 ms is excellent. Small targets and trackpads are slower.

How is accuracy measured?

Every click inside the play area that misses the target counts as a miss. Accuracy is hits divided by all clicks.

Does my mouse matter?

Yes. A wired gaming mouse on a good surface, a sensitivity you're used to, and a high refresh rate screen all help. Trackpads are usually much slower.

Can this improve my gaming aim?

Regular short sessions help with flicking to targets and clicking precisely. Focus on accuracy first; speed follows.

Are the games free?

Yes, all games are completely free, with no sign-up, download or in-game purchases.

Do the games work on phones?

Yes. Every game works with touch as well as a mouse and keyboard, and the boards resize to fit your screen.

Where are my best scores saved?

In your browser on this device. They're never sent to our servers, and clearing your browser data resets them.

What are the daily puzzles?

Sudoku and Word Scramble have a puzzle of the day that is the same for everyone and changes at midnight in your time zone, so you can compare results with friends.
